COVO’s Eye in the Sky

Understanding the homeless population in the Central Oregon area can be difficult, as there is a lot of ground to cover, with terrain that can be difficult to near-impossible. We try to keep “boots on the ground” but sometimes it’s a huge help to have an “eye in the sky”. Enter the Civil Air Patrol.
