Grand Marshal: Dick Tobiason, Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Purple Heart recipient.
Dick Tobiason served as Army Lieutenant Colonel and Master Army Aviator with two tours in Vietnam. Dick has been a staunch advocate of his brother and sister Veterans in Central Oregon for two decades. He serves as Chairman of Bend Heroes Found

Dick Tobiason served as Army Lieutenant Colonel and Master Army Aviator with two tours in Vietnam. Dick has been a staunch advocate of his brother and sister Veterans in Central Oregon for two decades. He serves as Chairman of Bend Heroes Foundation and has spearheaded many projects to honor all eras of Veterans, Purple Heart and Medal of Honor Veterans, including the Legacy project to create Veterans memorial highways and the Bend Veterans Peace Memorial honoring Veterans and first responders.
